MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Tiffany Jules
I am someone who believes that every human deserves to be celebrated and respected. I was taught from a young age that our unique personalities were our gift to the world.
I grew up in the Montessori school system which shaped me into the peace seeking, outside the box thinker I am today. I know how important our connection to identity impacts the way we see and interact with the world. This led me into many different experiences and training throughout my life. I’ve used travel, peace studies and holistic energy healing, as tools to gain connection to self and expand my perspectives. During a trip to Kenya, volunteering with Give A Kit, I noticed there was power in listening more than we speak. Seeing the anxiety and impact that low self esteem can have on people’s lives and the importance of teaching the proper steps to a healthy confidence, I was inspired to help. I wanted to create a safe place for people to grow and learn how to express themselves fully in order to lead a happy and fulfilling life. I am here to listen and guide those who may feel misplaced, overwhelmed or stuck in our fast paced environments.
I loved working with clients using my teachings and innate abilities but also craved tangible, research backed, information they could utilize for the rest of their lives. Ultimately this led me to the program I use today, Insight Inventory. The personality assessment I incorporate into my coaching has been used for years to help people discover their strengths, ace interviews and give a clearer look into why we do the things we do. Pairing this work with my previous training has been the perfect combination to give people the language that grows their confidence.
This is an example of the personality graph we will use in our time together. I was surprised to see how different I show up in my work life versus my personal life, which brought so much clarity to my relationships in each area. I’m excited to help you uncover your different styles and transform your relationship with yourself and others.
