Strengths Discovery Coaching

In these sessions we’ll utilize the INSIGHT Inventory to focus on identifying your personality strengths, unveiling the true you. I’ll help you see the best in yourself and others and identify practical ways to do this on a daily basis. Plus, we’ll look at how you may derail a bit when under stress and overuse your strengths to a point where they become weaknesses. We will incorporate mindfulness techniques to help ease stress and you’ll go away with an action plan of how to flex your style when necessary to communicate well with others.

Interviewing with Insight

There is one interview question that seems so simple and easy to answer. Yet, professional interviewers say that it usually throws job applicants off balance the most. Curious? It’s that most commonly asked question, “Can you tell me about yourself?”

You may think that you can jump in and be pleasant and enthusiastic and just talk about yourself. Usually it takes more than that. It takes having an actual understating of your true strengths. I’m going to help you prepare professional responses based on your personality strengths to help ace your next interview.  I’ll guide you through 1-1 coaching and targeted job interview preparation worksheets that help you summarize your strengths and plan your responses. I’ll help you with each step and we’ll practice interviewing until you’ve got this down.
